By accessing or using NeuBrand ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. NeuBrand is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.
NeuBrand provides AI-powered LinkedIn profile optimisation tools for Nigerian professionals. This includes profile auditing, headline and About section generation, CV rewriting, weekly content generation, and Japa Mode profile translation. The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content based on information you provide.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
To use the Service, you will provide personal and professional information including your name, email address, LinkedIn profile content, CV data, and career history. You retain ownership of all content you provide. By submitting content, you grant NeuBrand a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of generating your requested outputs.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate LinkedIn content, CVs, and social media posts. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflect your actual experience — this is a known limitation of AI technology. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it. NeuBrand does not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve your employment prospects or achieve any specific outcome. You must not use AI-generated content to misrepresent your qualifications or experience.
The Service integrates with Anthropic (AI generation), Paystack (payments), Resend (email), and Neon (database). Your profile content is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Payment information is processed directly by Paystack and is not stored by NeuBrand.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed in Nigerian Naira via Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
You agree not to use the Service to generate false or misleading professional content, misrepresent your qualifications, generate content for others without their consent, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
NeuBrand provides the Service on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuBrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
NeuBrand reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
